I tried filming a video today, I actually got a couple questions since my last video and I really want to answer them. However, it's a serious topic and I just don't think I was prepared to answer them without thinking about it beforehand. I'm gonna give myself the weekend to come up with some good answers and then try again when my parents are not home to watch me make a video, lol. You could do me a favor though, for any of you out there who has dealt with bullying of any sort: How do you deal with instances of bullying or someone picking on you? I kinda hope I don't get any responses to this question, as it pains me to know someone is in pain due to bullying. However, don't let that stop you from responding if you have been!! I just really hope I can help you in any way that I possibly can!

New Vlog Series
I'm starting a new series on my YouTube channel that is about me living with VACTERL Association. I'll talk about the ups and downs of living with a condition that is so unique, even two people with VACTERL could have completely different issues and most of the time that's true.
I want to reach out to those with and without VACTERL who are interested in seeing how even though I do have a lot of medical issues, I live a fairly normal life and I'm pretty happy with it!
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy went well as usual! I asked my therapist Cherie about my back and we did some stretches. She then brought up the way I stand, which is mainly on my right leg, with my left foot barely touching the ground. She made me look in the mirror to see how big of a difference the angle of my hips are when I stand on my right leg compared to my left. It's much worse when I stand my usual way. She thinks that the way I put all my weight on my right leg, plus having my hips so off kilter, it just makes sense that it would cause at least some of the pain in my back. Plus, the pain is on the right side! She made me practice standing with my left foot flat on the ground and walking that way too. It's going to take some time to get used to and for my left leg to build up the same muscle my right leg has.
